CASSEROLE CABBAGE SALAD | |
1 lb. ground chuck beef 1 tbsp. butter 1 chopped onion Salt & pepper 3 tbsp. raw rice 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup 1 can of water 3 c. shredded cabbage In large frying pan brown the meat, then add onion, salt, pepper and rice. Mix well and then add the soup and water to mix. Spread the 3 cups of cabbage into a greased casserole, pour meat mixture over cabbage. Do not stir. Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. |
