CASSEROLE SALAD 
1 head lettuce, broken up
1 onion, chopped
8 strips cooked bacon, broken into bits
2 c. mayonnaise
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. uncooked frozen peas

Mix lettuce, onion and peas in dish. Spread mayonnaise over top, being sure to seal edges. Sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on top. Cover with foil, refrigerate overnight.
