CORN SALAD CASSEROLE 
1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 can French style green beans, drained
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream

Spray pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients and pour in pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup crumbled Ritz crackers and pour 1/4 stick melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
