1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapples, drained
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
Lg. marshmallow
Coconut

Mash sweet potatoes, roll marshmallows in middle. Roll in coconut. Bake until marshmallows are melted at 350 degrees.
