COLD BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli (1 to 1 1/2 lbs.)
1/2 c. golden raisins
12 slices bacon
1 sm. onion, finely chopped

Cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Toss broccoli with bacon, raisins and onion. Prepare dressing and pour over broccoli mix when ready to serve. Should be kept cold until ready to serve.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
