COMPANY CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, deboned & deskinned
1/2 c. butter
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 c. cream of chicken soup, slightly diluted
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Salt and pepper chicken. Place in a flat pan. Place slices of cheese on chicken. Spread soup over all. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Drizzle with butter Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. This recipe can be prepared the night before and popped in the oven for supper.
