2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. pecans, chopped 2 tbsp. onions, chopped 1/4 lb. (plastic pkg.) chipped beef, torn up 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 2 to 3 tsp. seasoned salt Mix together at room temperature. Put 1/4 cup pecans into cheese mixture. Makes two balls. Roll them in remaining pecans. (One ball may be frozen until later.) |
