CHICKEN MARINADE 
1 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
2 tbsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over raw chicken. Refrigerate overnight at least. Can be used before barbecuing, oven baking, or frying.
