1 c. cooking oil
3 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pt. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg

Beat the egg, then add the oil and beat again. Add seasoning while beating; add vinegar. Pour over chicken and marinate for a day or two.
