PECAN PLEASERS 
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. granola
1/2 c. raisins

Combine pecans, coconut and sesame seeds. Heat at 350 degrees until lightly toasted. Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in egg, vanilla and milk. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Stir into egg mixture until blended. Stir in granola, pecan mixture and raisins. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
