FUDGY CHOCOLATE MELT 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla ice cream
chocolate syrup

Combine all ingredients except ice cream and chocolate syrup in a medium bowl, stirring until blended. Pour into a greased 8-inch baking dish. (Mixture will be shallow in dish.)

Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes.

To serve, spoon into dessert dishes. Top each serving with a scoop of ice cream and heated chocolate syrup. Serve immediately.
