ZUCCHINI BAKE 
1 tbsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
4 cups sliced thin zucchini
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded carrots (uncooked)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 pkg Stove Top dressing

Cook zucchini in butter until tender. Place in shallow pan. Make dressing. Add remaining ingredients to zucchini and spoon dressing on top.

Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
