FRIED OKRA AND POTATOES 
2 c. okra, sliced
1 c. potatoes, diced
Dash of salt & pepper
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. fat

Combine okra and potatoes; sprinkle with salt, pepper and meal. Fry in hot fat until brown and tender. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
