FROZEN FRUIT CUPS 
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 bananas, peeled & cubed
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients and pour into muffin tins lined with paper muffin cups. Freeze until firm, store in plastic bag. About 1 1/2 dozen.
