FRESH MINT TEA 
PART 1:
2 lg. handfuls fresh meadow tea
4 heaping tsp. loose black tea

PART 2:
1/2 c. sugar or to taste
1 c. concentrate
Juice and rind of 2 lemons
Juice and rind of 1 orange

Part 1: Place fresh tea in 2 quart container; bruise lightly. Add loose black tea. Pour over 4 1/2 cups boiling water (measure cold and bring to boil). Steep 5 minutes and strain. Makes 1 quart concentrate.

Part 2: Use a 2 1/2 quart pitcher; put in sugar, concentrate, lemon, and orange; fill pitcher with water and ice.
