VELVEETA & ROTINI CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. pork sausage, mild 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 reg. size box Rotini noodles 2 (16 oz.) whole tomatoes 1/2 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 tbsp. oregano & basil Salt & pepper to taste Brown sausage and ground beef and drain grease. Put aside. Cook Rotini according to directions and drain. Crush tomatoes with your hands, before combining everything. Do not use juice. In large pot or 5 quart casserole dish mix all ingredients together and season to taste. You can eat directly from the pan or put in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or so to heat. I always use more Velveeta, oregano and basil since these are all my favorite ingredients. |
