4 medium apples (firm but ripe)
1/2 c. California Sun-Maid raisins
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. white seedless grapes, halved

Peel and cut apples in small bite-sized pieces. Toss apples, raisins, celery and grapes.

Dressing:

1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Monari Rederzori red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. Domino light brown sugar

Mix dressing ingredients until creamy and toss lightly with apple mixture. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve. Sizzles with flavor and delicious with ham, turkey or pork dishes.
