CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1ST TOPPING:

2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. boiling water

Mix and set aside.

BATTER:

1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 square baking chocolate, melted
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crushed nuts for topping

Mix batter in order given; grease and flour 1 (9" x 1 1/2") square pan. Put cake batter in pan, pour topping on top. Put in oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. When baked, take out of oven, let set for about 5 minutes. Upset on large plate and top with crushed nuts; cool.
