CRANBERRY RAISIN CHUTNEY 
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 c. cranberries (fresh)
1/2 c. white raisins
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. blanched almonds
2 tbsp. brown sugar (dark)

Prepare cranberries; wash and clean. In pot combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat, 10 to 15 minutes until cranberries are done and sauce is medium thick.
