GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 c. sugar (white)
1 tsp. corn starch
2 eggs
1 stick butter (melted)
1/2 c. cocoa
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
1 c. pecans (chopped)
Optional; pinch salt

Add eggs to sugar and corn starch; mix well. Add butter and cocoa; mix well. Gradually add milk, then vanilla and salt. Sprinkle coconut and chopped pecans into 3 pie shells. Pour mixture over. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
