DARK CHOCOLATE WALNUT DROPS 
1 1/2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. double-acting baking powder
1 egg
2 c. walnuts, coarsely broken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. Into large bowl, measure all ingredients except walnuts. With mixer at low speed, beat ingredients until blended. Increase speed to high; beat 1 minute, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. With rubber spatula, stir in walnuts. Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonsful, 1 inch apart, onto cookie sheets. Bake 15 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
