CHERRY YUM YUM 
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. Dream Whip or whipped topping
Cherry pie filling

For crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Place in greased cake pan, leaving 1/2 cup of mixture for the top.

Blend cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla; fold in whipped topping and spread over crust. Pour cherry pie filling over cheese mixture. Add remaining graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate.

Variation: Blueberry or strawberry pie filling may be used.
