CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (1 lb.) box Escort crackers
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
6 lg. chicken breasts
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 (1/4 lb.) stick butter

Boil chicken until tender. Cut into bite-size pieces. Crumble 2 packages of crackers into 9x13 dish. Dot with butter. Add chicken in layers. Top with water chestnuts.

Mix soups with sour cream. Pour over chicken. Crumble other pack of crackers on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly hot. Serves 8.
