KOREAN CHICKEN BAR-B-Q 
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
3 tbsp. peanut oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. hot bean paste (Tabasco sauce)
1 1/2 tbsp. ginger
3 tbsp. chopped scallion
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame seed
2 tbsp. sugar
Pepper to taste

Mix chicken with all ingredients except peanut oil. Let stand 20 to 25 minutes. Pan fry chicken with peanut oil. Serve with cooked rice. 2 servings.
