ORIENTAL DRESSING 
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2/3 c. apricot nectar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. sesame oil

Combine cornstarch, garlic powder, and ginger in saucepan. Stir in apricot nectar and remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Cool. Cover. Chill 2 hours. Serve over fruit salads. Yield: 1 cup.
