2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. beets, cooked, sliced, drained
1 c. pineapple tidbits, drain and save

Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. Stir in pineapple juice. Cook stirring all the time until thick. Add lemon juice, beets and pineapple. Heat on low until heated through.
