POTATO AND HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. au gratin potatoes
2 1/2 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. canned peas
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix potatoes as directed on package in a 2-quart oven-proof dish.

Mix together ham, peas, onion, green pepper, celery and add to casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes and serve hot.
