MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
3 eggs
4 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
Dash of salt

Melt butter and cocoa. Beat eggs and sugar. Mix flour and salt together, then mix with cool butter mixture. Add vanilla and pecans. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Take from oven and sprinkle with small marshmallows. Let stand.

ICE WITH:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
6-8 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
