BUSTER BAR DESSERT 
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butter
1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix thoroughly the following and boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly; powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, 1/2 cup butter. Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla and cool. Crush 1 package Oreos and add 1/2 cup melted butter.

Pat in 9 x 13 inch pan and freeze until firm. Spread peanuts over cookie mixture. Spread ice cream over peanuts then cover with chocolate mixture and freeze.
