BEANS A LA MOUCHIE | |
2 22oz Bush's Grillin Beans (steakhouse & smokehouse) 2 1 lb. rolls Jimmy Dean Sausage (1 reg, 1 hot) 1 10oz can Rotel tomatoes w/green chilies 1 onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons minced garlic olive oil Sauté onions and garlic in a little olive oil while browning sausage in a separate skillet. Add can of tomatoes to onions and cook down for approximately 10 minutes. Mix in sausage then beans. Cover and cook approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring frequently to avoid sticking. Goes great with BBQ or is good as a side dish all by itself. No need to add any type of seasoning, as tomatoes and sausage give it just the right amount of heat. Serves 8-10. Submitted by: A.
