HAM BARBECUES 
3 lbs. chipped ham (cut into 1 inch sq.)
1 onion, diced
4 tbsp. butter
2 jars India relish, drained (approx.)
1/4 c. ketchup (approx.)

Saute onion in butter. Add relish (1 jar at first). Add ketchup to taste. Add all chipped ham. Add more relish if needed. Let simmer on low heat about 1 hour. (Can be put in crock pot.) Serve on toasted buns.
