PARADISE SALAD 
1 tbsp. flour (heaping)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
Juice of 1 lemon
1 lg. can diced pineapple
1 pkg. sm. marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream
1 lg. can Royal Anne cherries, pitted

Cook flour, sugar, egg yolks and milk until thick. Cool. Add lemon juice. Drain the cherries and pineapple. Beat cream until stiff. Then mix first mixture into drained fruit and marshmallows. Fold in whipping cream. Refrigerate 24 hours. Good fix ahead dish for year round use.
