GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
1 med. onion (chopped or diced)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk (or imitation sour cream)
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook noodles according to package directions. Brown meat with onion in large skillet; drain. Add soup to meat mixture. Stir in salt and pepper. Add meat and soup mixture to drained noodles. Fold in sour cream (or milk). Hold in warm oven 275 degrees until you are ready to serve or serve immediately.
