CHOCO-MALLOW DESSERT 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 eggs, separated
32 marshmallows (1/2 lb.), cut
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 cans (5 1/2 oz. size) chocolate syrup

Spread half of crumbs in bottom of 8x8x2 inch pan. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in marshmallows and nuts. Spread over crumbs.

Combine egg yolks, butter, sugar and chocolate syrup, beating until thick. Pour over marshmallow mixture. Cover with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours or until firm. Cut into squares.

Serves 9 to 12.
