POTATOES AU GRATIN 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns, frozen
Salt and pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese (I put about 1 c. cheese to make it cheesy - optional)
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers or corn flakes
3/4 c. melted butter

Put hash browns into greased casserole dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inch. Add salt and pepper. Mix together soup, sour cream, grated cheese, and chopped onion. Smooth over potatoes; mix well. Then mix crushed crackers with 3/4 cup melted butter. Spread over top and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered. Enjoy! (Can serve with some broccoli on the side - will give color to your meal.)
