SWISS AU GRATIN POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 to 2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Paprika
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pt. whipping cream
1/4 lb. butter

Butter 9 x 13 inch cake pan or glass casserole dish. Put potatoes into pan, breaking up any large clumps; spread out evenly in pan. Sprinkle on salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle over potatoes all of shredded Swiss cheese. Pour whipping cream (unwhipped) over potatoes and cheese. Dot over top 1/4 pound of butter. Bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Yields: 10 to 12 servings.
