ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
12 oz. pkg. shredded hash brown patties
1 pt. Half & Half
1 1/2 stick butter
1 sm. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Melt butter and cheese with Half & Half and pour over potatoes using 9 x 13 inch pan. Let stand for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or longer.
