POTATO CHEESE SOUP 
1/4 c. onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. potato buds
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
6 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
Frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in water and bouillon and heat to boiling, stirring until dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 5 minutes until cheese melts. 6 servings.
