CHOW MEIN HOT DISH | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 2 c. onions, chopped 1 c. celery, sliced fine 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms and juice 1 can bean sprouts or chow mein vegetables, drained 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. raw rice 2 c. chow mein noodles 4 oz. cashew nuts (optional) Brown meat, drain off grease, if necessary. Add onions and celery and brown. Add all but noodles and nuts and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Put on noodles and nuts on top and bake 1/2 hour, uncovered. |
