ICE CREAM KOLACHKI 
1 lb. butter, softened
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
4 c. flour
Fruit preserves (assorted)

Cream butter and ice cream. Blend in flour. Pinch off 1 teaspoon dough, form into a ball. Flatten with thumb. Put spot of filling in middle. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar when you take them out of oven.

Makes 80 cookies.
