JK'S CROCK-POT CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef (90/10)
1 lb. ground sausage
1 Anaheim pepper, chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can light red kidney beans, drained
2 oz. red pepper flakes
2 oz. chili powder
1 oz. cumin

Chop peppers finely. Crush garlic. Simmer peppers and garlic in frying pan. Add ground beef and sausage. Brown.

Transfer to Crock-Pot. Add tomato products. Drain and add kidney beans. Stir in seasonings. Set Crock-Pot on HIGH and cook for 2 hours. Stir frequently.

Lower heat to LOW and simmer for an additional 2 hours.
