SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and put in casserole dish.

Crust Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flour

Mix crust ingredients together and pour over the potato mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
