SQUASH BREAD 
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. mashed cooked squash
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. raisins, optional
1/2 c. pecans, optional
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all together. Bake in 9 x 5 loaf pan (greased) for about an hour to 70 minutes until done.
