HASH BROWN HOTDISH 
1 lg. bag hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Chopped onion
1 1/2 c. cubed ham (or more if desired)
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Parsley flakes

Mix hash browns, soups, sour cream and onion in large bowl. Add ham. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with parsley flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
