PEACHES `N CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. salt
8 peaches, peeled & sliced (1 bag frozen sliced)
Dash of salt, to taste
Lemon juice, to taste
1 9" unbaked pastry shell (1 frozen deep dish pie shell)
Butter, about 2 tbsp.
Cinnamon, about 2 tsp.

Mix together sugar, flour, cream and salt. Slice the peaches, sprinkle with a dash of salt and a little lemon juice; place in unbaked pie shell. Pour other ingredients over peaches, dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower oven to 300 degrees and bake 40-45 minutes longer. An old fashioned tasting treat and easy using the short cuts listed above. Serves 6-8.
