STREUSEL CREAM PEACH PIE | |
4 c. peaches, quartered and peeled 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 egg 2 tbsp. cream 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. soft butter 1/2 c. flour 9-inch unbaked pie shell Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry. Arrange peaches in pie shell, overlapping them pink side up, around side of pan. Combine 1/2 cup sugar and nutmeg; sprinkle over peaches. Beat together egg and cream; pour over peaches. Mix together sugar, soft butter and flour until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over filling. Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes. |
