FISHERMAN'S STEW 
1 (1 lb.) can small white potatoes, drained and diced
1 c. thinly sliced celery
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans frozen condensed oyster stew, thawed
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 can garden peas
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Few drops red pepper seasoning

Saute potatoes and celery lightly in butter in a heavy kettle. Stir in oyster stew, tuna, peas and liquid, milk, instant onion, salt, and pepper seasoning. Heat very slowly, stirring several time, just to boiling. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
