CORNED BEEF PATTIES | |
CORNED BEEF FILLING: 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. flour 1 1/4 c. corned beef, cut up 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes 1/4 tsp. pepper Turn biscuit dough on floured board. Roll out dough 1/8 inch thick. Cut into squares and fit each into muffin pan. Then fill with corned beef mixture and fold pastry to center. For filling: Melt butter; add onion. Cook slowly until soft. Add flour. Stir until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until thick and smooth. |
