LOW CALORIE CHEESE CAKE 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
9" graham cracker crust

In a large bowl, mix gelatin with sugar. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. With electric mixer beat in cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Pour into crust. Chill until firm. Garnish with fruit.
