LIME GELATIN & COTTAGE CHEESE
SALAD
 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 #2 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 carton cottage cheese
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can condensed milk
1 c. finely chopped nuts
2 heaping tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let cool. Add pineapple. Blend cheese with mayonnaise until smooth and add to gelatin mixture. Add all other ingredients and stir until mixture begins to congeal. Pour into molds and place in refrigerator overnight. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Serves 16.
